You will be joining the Education team in our London HQ. London is our global headquarters with colleagues across Finance, Risk, Corporate Development, Legal, HR, MAC and Education driving the success of 80+ schools in 30+ countries. The Role
As Group Head of Educational Technology, your focus will be to support and enable best-in-class educational technology across our schools.
- Develop and implement a forward-thinking EdTech vision aligned with global and local needs.
- Lead pilots and adoption of cutting-edge tools like AI, VR, and adaptive learning through our Digital Lab and Global Campus.
- Work closely with curriculum leads, teachers, IT, and safeguarding teams to embed technology into teaching and learning.
- Design and manage CPD frameworks to enhance digital pedagogy and mentor Digital Champions across schools.
- Oversee budgets, vendor partnerships, and governance frameworks to ensure sustainable and impactful digital investments.
- Represent the organisation in EdTech networks, promote best practices, and foster a culture of responsible digital innovation.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience in a K–12 education leadership role (e.g., senior leader, curriculum or digital lead).
- Deep understanding of pedagogy, school culture, and safeguarding in primary and secondary settings.
- Proven ability to lead EdTech implementations across multiple schools.
- Skilled in staff development, stakeholder engagement, and leading change in school communities.
- Familiarity with curriculum frameworks and school inspection requirements (in multiple jurisdictions).
- Innovative leader with expertise in educational technology, digital transformation, and faculty development, with hands-on classroom leadership experience.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning global objectives with local needs and securing buy-in across diverse regions.
- Experience defining and implementing technology strategies at scale within education.
- Experience working in a global or multinational organisation with understanding of diverse cultural and regional contexts.
- Strong experience in technology leadership that enhances teaching and learning, supports digital literacy, and aligns with our mission and vision.
- Passion for technology and education with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Adaptable and collaborative, able to navigate complex, multicultural organisations.
