Nord Anglia Education in London seeks a pragmatic Legal Assistant on a 7-month fixed-term contract to support the Treasury and Legal teams with KYC information and transaction support for a major treasury project. You will help ensure compliance with governance requirements, assist with regulatory filings, and support the Company Secretary in board meetings and corporate records management while collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to uphold high standards of integrity.
