Nord Anglia Education is looking for a Senior Leadership Development Manager to shape and drive globally the leadership programmes across our powerful network of schools. You will design, implement and oversee initiatives that build capability, foster inclusive leadership and align with business priorities.

Reporting to the Group Head of Leadership Development, you will refine the curriculum, create a new functional pathway, and partner with educators, HR and senior leaders to deliver scalable initiatives.
