About the Role:
- Actively engage with and respond to inquiries from prospective students, both in-person and via various communication channels.
- Guide applicants through the admissions process, providing detailed information on entry requirements, application deadlines, and necessary documentation.
- Evaluate submitted applications, ensuring all required materials are complete and meet admission criteria.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the admissions process.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of admissions events and open days.
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive experience for all applicants.
- Collaborate with the wider administrative team to streamline and improve admissions procedures.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, preferably in an educational or service-oriented environment.
- Strong cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills and an affinity for interacting with diverse nationalities and cultures.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good in both written and verbal communication skills in English.
