Nord Anglia Education – the world’s leading private school organisation – is recruiting a Education Communications Executive for our London HQ. As a fast‑paced and innovative organisation, you will be regularly liaising with global teammates from the Philippines to Peru, Beijing to Boston and beyond.
The role will focus on bringing the Education strategy to life through clear, engaging communications that connect with our families and colleagues across our global community of 80+ international schools, supporting content creation across internal and external channels, managing calendars, and promoting Education initiatives globally.
The Role
- Partner with Education Team colleagues to plan, develop, and deliver impactful communications activities.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of innovative campaigns that achieve defined communications objectives.
- Use data fluently to provide reports and metrics to programmes on engagement with central communications.
- Generate ideas for news and blog content, managing the process from concept through review to publication.
- Support the development of copy and editing of our internal education magazine.
- Leverage tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT to support content creation, idea generation, and editing.
- Apply research and best practice insights to inform education‑focused communications strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Communications team to ensure all activity is aligned and consistent.
- Support the Education Team SLT in developing and delivering the Education Strategy and its communications plan.
- Spot trends and priorities, making recommendations to improve communications strategies and identify opportunities to showcase the impact of the Education offer.
The Successful Candidate Will

- Have experience working in communications, marketing, or journalism related positions.
- Have experience of influencing work outside of your direct responsibility.
- Have experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders.

- Be excellent with organisational and time‑management skills; high attention to detail.
- Work to tight deadlines and be able to prompt others to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Be adaptable to working in a fast paced, ever‑changing environment.
