Group Head of Product and Technology – 1 year fixed-term contract
London is the global headquarters for Nord Anglia Education, supporting 90+ schools in 35+ countries. The Group Head of Product and Technology will lead the strategic development and execution of product and technology initiatives within the IT team, driving innovation and ensuring technology aligns with the Group's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and execution of product and technology initiatives across the organisation.
- Shape product roadmaps, partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, efficient technology and product offerings.
- Manage cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration across departments and ensuring successful delivery of complex projects.
- Drive innovation, identifying opportunities for technology‑driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Champion inclusive leadership, fostering a diverse and equitable workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in senior product and technology roles, preferably within education or similar sectors.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation through to delivery and iteration.
- Strong background in IT and technology platforms, including software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven strategic leadership, inspiring high performance within dynamic, global teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, building strong relationships at all levels.
- Analytical thinking, interpreting complex data and metrics to inform decision‑making and strategy development.
- Experience in managing change effectively within organisations, supporting team adaptation.
- Relevant degree or professional certification in technology or business management is advantageous.
