You will work across our central, regional, and local finance teams to obtain relevant corporate information to enable us to meet the requirements of our banking partners in establishing new accounts and updating mandates for existing accounts. The work will combine corporate, legal and co-sec related tasks and a key factor in the successful execution of the project will be to manage the volume of actions by demonstrating flexibility in managing workflows.
The successful candidate will have experience working within a multinational organisation and a proven ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with senior stakeholders. - Experience in board and committee administration: Supporting the coordination and preparation of board meetings, including compiling agendas, minute taking, and maintaining accurate records of decisions and actions.
- Excellent communication skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication, enabling effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including directors, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies.
- Attention to detail and organisation: Ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring timely delivery of filings, documentation, and correspondence with precision.
- Technological proficiency: Comfortable working with document management systems, legal databases, Microsoft Office suite, and digital communication tools.
- Confidentiality and integrity: Handling sensitive information discreetly and upholding strict confidentiality standards at all times.
- Problem-solving and initiative: Ability to proactively identify process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of compliance and governance procedures.
- Legal or corporate secretarial qualification: While not mandatory, professional qualifications such as ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) or equivalent would be advantageous.
