The Group Head of Admissions and Sales at Nord Anglia Education Limited will be a pivotal leader within the Group Central Support team based in our London Headquarter Office. This role involves the strategic development and management of the admissions and sales functions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative admissions strategies to drive growth and maximise student enrolment while enhancing the overall admissions experience. This position requires close collaboration with marketing, communications, and school leadership teams to align admissions objectives with organisational goals. By leveraging data insights and market trends, you will ensure our admissions processes remain competitive, efficient, and inclusive, nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the admissions journey. The role:

  • Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in leading admissions and sales teams, developing strategies that increase enrolment and revenue growth while fostering teamwork and motivation.
  • Sales and Marketing Acumen: Expertise in integrating sales and marketing approaches to maximise outreach, brand positioning, and conversion rates. Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies agilely.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret admissions data, forecast trends, and inform evidence-based strategies that drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with school leaders, parents, prospective students, and internal teams, ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Ability to oversee complex projects with multiple stakeholders, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
