About the Role

  • Actively engage with and respond to inquiries from prospective students, both in-person and via various communication channels.
  • Guide applicants through the admissions process, providing detailed information on entry requirements, application deadlines, and necessary documentation.
  • Evaluate submitted applications, ensuring all required materials are complete and meet admission criteria.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the admissions process.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of admissions events and open days.
  • Provide excellent customer service and a positive experience for all applicants.
  • Collaborate with the wider administrative team to streamline and improve admissions procedures.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, preferably in an educational or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills and an affinity for interacting with diverse nationalities and cultures.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good in both written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A friendly and energetic individual that can thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Passion for education and a desire to contribute to the success of prospective students.
  • Experience working with ISAMs is preferable.
