Responsibilities
- Ensure that the student is delivering all assignments to the teacher and takes home the material needed to complete homework.
- Report to the school psychologist, if necessary, to discuss the student’s academic achievement, relationships with peers and teachers, and non-academic factors.
- Report to the student’s homeroom teacher to identify areas of opportunity and create an action plan.
- Support the student if they are having difficulties with assignments or if they are unable to work due to possible distractions in the classroom.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils, and the willingness to undertake appropriate child protection training when required.
