Nord Anglia Education in London HQ is seeking an HRIS SME (SuccessFactors) for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead the functional design and governance of our HRIS, ensuring global processes are designed, configured and governed to deliver efficient HR operations.
Based in our central support team, you will collaborate across divisions, translate HR requirements into scalable system solutions, supervise an HRIS Business Analyst, and drive data integrity, reporting and system.
