London is our global headquarters where 200 colleagues across Finance, Risk, Corporate Development, Legal, HR, MAC and Education drive the success of our 80+ schools in 30+ countries. In the role of Learning Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of professional learning across Nord Anglia Education. Working within a dynamic instructional design team, you will lead the creation of innovative, high-impact online learning experiences that support the strategic goals of NAU and the wider organisation. You will combine pedagogical insight, technical expertise, and design thinking to craft engaging, intuitive, and effective learning journeys. Your work will directly contribute to NAE’s ambition to be a world-class learning organisation, supporting over 90 schools, 20,000 colleagues and 90,000 students globally.

This is a high-impact role for a creative, data-informed learning designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about transforming learning through technology. You’ll support the NAU Programme Lead and Group Head of Professional Learning in identifying and curating external learning content aligned to the business needs of the organisation.

The role: As Learning Experience Designer your focus will be to:

  • Align all learning experiences with NAU’s design principles and organisational goals.
  • Apply emerging technologies like AI, gamification, and adaptive learning to boost engagement and outcomes.
  • Use feedback, analytics, and research to refine learning design and delivery.
  • Design learning with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes to demonstrate effectiveness.
  • Partner with subject matter experts across schools and functions to create targeted, business-aligned learning.
  • Enhance NAU’s functionality and user experience, ensuring it remains vibrant, relevant, and inclusive.
