We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to define and drive the educational strategy across our expanding global portfolio of schools.

Passionate about the future of learning, you will bring extensive experience in delivering academic excellence at scale. You will champion innovative, creative, and forward-thinking pedagogical approaches that ensure our students are prepared for a rapidly evolving world. You will hold overall responsibility for ensuring world‑class teaching and learning across our schools, which follow a range of global curricula. Additionally, you will lead the development of lifelong learners through our professional development programmes, strengthen insights from our research partnerships, and uphold the highest global standards of safeguarding.

Passionate about digital transformation, you will shape and implement a visionary EdTech strategy, harnessing technology to enhance teaching, personalise learning, and keep our schools at the leading edge of educational innovation worldwide. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Admissions, and Communications to drive commercial success—showcasing the breadth of our curricula, languages, and educational quality to strengthen enrolment and market positioning globally.

Based at our global headquarters in London Victoria, you will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of our Executive Committee—partnering closely with Regional Managing Directors and commercial leaders to drive the wider success of the organisation. With our global reach and commitment to exceptional teaching, Nord Anglia students enjoy a learning experience unlike any other. Our philosophy of global reach, local impact is strengthened by our outstanding collaborations with Juilliard, IMG, MIT, UNICEF, and King’s College London, as well as access to our Global Campus. You will be responsible for maximising the value of these partnerships, ensuring they deliver meaningful and inspiring opportunities for students and staff worldwide.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a visionary, strategic education leader with a proven track record of success, ideally within an international context. You will bring deep expertise across global curricula and post16 pathways, along with the ability to inspire and develop high performing teams. You are confident balancing academic excellence with commercial imperatives and adept at using data to inform decision making and deliver results against clear KPIs spanning academics, finance, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. You will thrive in a collaborative, global environment and play a pivotal role in the continued success of Nord Anglia Education.
