We are keen to hear from experienced or aspiring leaders who are interested in joining one of our schools whether that be as a Principal, Vice Principal, Head of Primary or Head of Secondary. Across these roles, our leaders are expected to:

The ideal candidate profile will naturally vary depending on the role and the individual school; however, we consistently look for the following key skills and experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (or international equivalent)
  • Demonstrable senior leadership experience
  • A proven track record of leading in complex and fast changing environments
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
  • Strategic thinking, resilience and the ability to lead in a global context
