Norcot Early Years Centre in Reading is seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Team Leader to join our Waterside Day Care team. The position is permanent with options for 37 hours per week, either full-time early/late shifts or compressed over 4 days.

You will play a key role in shaping children’s early education, working alongside an established team. Responsibilities include:
