Main Activities/Tasks:
- Inspecting high quality products using approved processes within a specialised environment.
- The inspector will demonstrate the ability to detect, segregate and categorise defects.
- Completing documentation contemporaneously and accurately.
Candidates must complete a multi-staged training process to qualify as an inspector inclusive of:
- SOP Training
- Eye Test
- Defect Library Training Set
- Side by Side Training
- Practical Examination
Once qualified, the individual will undergo training within the reconciliation documentation process. Carry out calculations in relation to batch receipt and post inspection reconciliation. Inspection takes place for a duration of 30 minutes followed by a 10-minute eye rest interval. Inspectors will understand and follow the company's Health.
