Location: Newry Closing date: Monday 24 Aug 2026 12:00 Main Activities/Tasks Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires as well as existing employees.

Provide one-on-one coaching and group training in operational procedures, tools, and systems.

Collect and analyze data on employee performance to gauge learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Work closely with department heads / HRBPs and operational managers to identify training needs and gaps, particularly within the aseptic environment.

Provide continuous support to employees during and after training programs.

Stay up-to-date with operational procedures, best practices, and industry trends to incorporate into training sessions.

Maintain accurate records of training sessions, employee participation, and feedback.

Offer ongoing support and guidance to employees as they apply new skills in the workplace.

Prepare reports on training outcomes, including success rates and areas for development.

Essential

Criteria: Minimum of 4 years Operations Experience within aseptic manufacturing Experience working in a variety of different filling formats, vials, syringe ampules etc Excellent communication skills and ability to lead, coach and mentor new and existing personnel.

Expert in GMP and aseptic processes.

Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups of employees.

Analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of training programs.

Desirable

Criteria: Experience of training in both aseptic and non aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing Experience of Training Delivery and development of training content.

Qualified to Level 3 in Education and Training (EAT) or Equivalent qualification.

Duration: Full time, Permanent

Location: Newry Working Hours The successful candidate's core hours will be 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday however they should be available to work either 2 shift/ 3 shift pattern or continental shift pattern to accommodate business needs.
