The Opportunity As IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of medium to large-scale IT projects, as well as managing multiple smaller initiatives. Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve the intended business benefits. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and commercially aware project professional who enjoys leading cross-functional teams and driving technology change in a fast-paced manufacturing and pharmaceutical environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and closure. Define project goals, scope, timelines, budgets, and success criteria. Manage project resources, risks, issues, communications, quality, and procurement activities. Coordinate internal teams and external IT service providers to ensure successful delivery. Monitor project performance, governance, and reporting, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Identify project interdependencies and ensure alignment with wider business objectives. Track project deliverables against expected business benefits. Promote stakeholder engagement and ensure effective communication throughout project execution. Ensure compliance with applicable GxP standards, policies, and procedures. Essssential Criteria Degree qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience. At least 5 years' experience across multiple IT disciplines, including 2-3 years in a project management role. Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure and/or cyber security projects. Experience working within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated environments. Knowledge of recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience managing third-party suppliers and vendors. Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Desirable Experience PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent Project Management certification. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Experience with NIST and/or ISO27001 security frameworks. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, Active Directory, firewalls, networking technologies, SIEM, DSPM, and endpoint device management. Exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, MES, SCM, or LIMS.
