Role Overview
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with solid product experience to help design, evolve, and continuously improve our user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior team members to deliver intuitive, consistent, and scalable designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality user interfaces and user experiences across web and mobile products.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback, product requirements, and real-world usage.
- Help simplify complex workflows (e.g. POS, payments, reporting) into intuitive user experiences.
- Actively contribute to the evolution of the design system, creating and refining components and patterns.
- Apply design system guidelines consistently across products.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer working on digital products.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and libraries.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
- Ability to produce clear, thoughtful, and polished design outputs.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
- Ability to take ownership of features or product areas from concept to delivery.
Bonus Experience
- Experience designing POS, payments, or transaction-heavy systems.
- Experience working on operational or real-time products.
- Experience designing for mobile-first or multi-device environments.
- Exposure to usability testing, analytics, or user research.
