Role Overview

As a Delivery Manager / Product Manager at NOQ, you will drive the successful delivery of high-impact projects across our platform, focusing on reporting, analytics, and operational enhancements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features and improvements, supporting NOQ's rapid growth and innovation agenda.

Key responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Own end-to-end scoping and delivery of product initiatives, including platform enhancements, and integrations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering, design, business analysts, and business stakeholders to define requirements, set priorities, and manage expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and coordinate with engineers, business analysts, and designers, ensuring alignment and accountability across delivery teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate delivery, reduce operational overhead, and enhance product quality.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and reporting to inform product decisions and measure delivery impact.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers to maintain project momentum.
  • Communication: Maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, issues, and changes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive retrospectives and feedback loops to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Product Manager, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management best practices.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics platforms, ideally in high-volume transactional environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in Point of Sales(POS), event management, payments, or fintech domains.
  • Exposure to mobile and web product delivery.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and API-driven architectures.
