As Pastry Chef de Partie at NOPI, you will be:
- Working alongside our talented pastry team to prepare and execute a diverse range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Contributing to menu development, ensuring that our offerings are of the highest quality and exceed our guests' expectations.
- Preparing and producing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to Ottolenghi's standards and recipes.
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
