What youll do Take full responsibility for your designated section throughout service.

Prepare and cook dishes to Ottolenghi standards with precision and consistency.

Supervise and support junior chefs and kitchen assistants on your section.

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.

Manage stock within your section, including ordering and rotation.

Communicate clearly with the wider kitchen team and management.

Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

What were looking for 1 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen.
