About Noon Academy

Noon Academy is on a mission to radically change the way people learn. We’ve helped over 12 million students to‑date learn online, but recently pivoted towards a hybrid model. Hybrid brings digital star teachers directly into school buildings, and amplifies the experience through peer‑to‑peer learning and AI. We ran this model for a year with two schools and the results were so overwhelming that we expanded to 18 private and 10 public schools in our second year of operations. The verdict is clear: students don’t just tolerate hybrid, they love it.

The Role

You’ll help us scale from 1,000 to 10,000 students by 2027. You’ll do this by reimagining the full student experience, partnering closely with engineering, learning, teachers, and in‑school staff, and unlocking scale through both product‑led growth and a fundamentally better learning experience.

You’ll spend 15‑20% of your time in Saudi Arabia, working directly with students in our hybrid schools. Your ideas will be tested daily by actual teenagers who have no filter. They’ll tell you immediately if something sucks or if it’s brilliant.

What You’ll Own

• Shape the business through design; find new opportunities, not just execute ideas
• Create a visual identity so compelling we stop everything to implement it
• Drive product‑led growth through brand and marketing design

Technical Depth

• Build code prototypes with AI tools to validate what’s actually possible
• Make engineers better designers through collaboration
• Evolve and simplify our design system

Strategic Leadership

• Navigate high ambiguity AND high complexity simultaneously
• Be the go‑to person for executives on critical problems
• Enable cross‑functional teams to develop strong product sense

Non‑Negotiables

• You’ve scaled several consumer mobile products for children/teens/young people from zero to $1M+ ARR
• You can demonstrate mobile‑first design expertise
• You have conversational fluency in Arabic
