About Noon Academy
Noon Academy is on a mission to radically change the way people learn. We have helped over 12 million students to date learn online, but recently pivoted towards a hybrid model. Hybrid brings digital star teachers directly into school buildings and amplifies the experience through peer-to-peer learning and AI. We ran this model for a year with two schools and the results were so overwhelming that we expanded to 18 private and 10 public schools in our second year of operations. The verdict is clear: students don’t just tolerate hybrid, they love it.
The Role
You will help us scale from 1,000 to 10,000 students by 2027. You will do this by reimagining the full student experience, partnering closely with engineering, learning, teachers, and in-school staff, and unlocking scale through both product-led growth and a fundamentally better learning experience.
You will spend 15-20% of your time in Saudi Arabia, working directly with students in our hybrid schools. Your ideas will be tested daily by actual teenagers who have no filter. They will tell you immediately if something is not good or if it is brilliant.
