We're hiring exceptional teachers for Mathematics & Physics to help build and lead a new American high school offering in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a rare opportunity to help shape an academic program from the ground up—designing a rigorous, engaging, and tech-enabled Mathematics & Physics programs while helping redefine the future of excellent teaching. The head of Mathematics & Physics will teach grades 9 and 10 math and physics. This is not a traditional "plug-and-play" teaching role. We operate a highly interactive hybrid learning model that combines world‑class remote teachers, in‑class facilitators, and technology‑enabled learning. Note that this role may be remote; relocation is not required.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver grades 9 and 10 physics and math classes aligned to our curriculum and learning outcomes.
  • Design, adapt, and improve lessons and materials on an ongoing basis.
  • Use EdTech and digital tools to drive engagement, differentiation, and participation.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to refine curriculum, delivery methods, and learning journeys.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Experience teaching Mathematics & Physics curriculum aligned to CCSS and NGSS standards at American high schools.
  • Experience designing and/or delivering Mathematics & Physics curriculum for students for whom English may be a second language.
  • Recognized teaching qualification (BA/MA in subject area, TESOL, CELTA, etc.).
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Able to work full-time Sunday to Thursday (GMT +3).
  • Experience teaching online groups of 5+ students.
  • Native English speaker from an English‑speaking country (e.g., US, UK, South Africa, Australia).
  • Reliable internet and a professional video setup.

Highly Advantageous

  • Familiarity with AI or emerging EdTech tools and resources in teaching.
  • Arabic language ability.

This role may be remote or hybrid (if the individual is based in KSA). We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
