We’re looking for a Brand Marketing & Partnerships Executive who is creative, proactive, and culturally curious, someone excited to help Noodoll grow, connect, and make our characters known to the world.

About the Role

You’ll help shape Noodoll’s brand presence both online and offline. This isn’t just a posting role - you’ll be involved in social media, cross-brand collaborations, outreach, offline events, and expanding our IP potential, turning creative ideas into real-world outcomes. You’ll work closely with the team, sales partners, and distributors, contributing ideas and getting hands‑on with daily marketing and brand activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and develop Noodoll’s social presence across platforms, including community engagement, messaging, content planning, and coordination of photos, videos, stories, and external creatives as needed.
  • Ensure consistency of Noodoll’s brand presence across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Lead brand marketing, collaborations, and IP initiatives: support outreach, partnerships, cross brand collab, gifting, events, product activations, pop‑ups, and campaigns; proactively identify opportunities and drive them forward.
  • Plan, execute, and report on brand collaborations and outreach: partnership proposals, manage reach-outs, and track engagement and outcomes to inform future opportunities.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Thinks in ideas and stories, not just tasks.
  • Has strong taste and emotional sensitivity to brands.
  • Is curious about culture, design, people, and small moments.
  • Can work independently and take ownership to make ideas happen.
  • Enjoys shaping things from the inside of a small, founder‑led brand.
  • Has a creative eye for social content and brand storytelling.

Bonus: experience running events or pop‑ups.

You may have:

  • 2–3 years (or more) of experience in a brand, marketing, community, or partnerships role.
  • Experience working with small brands, studios, start‑ups, or agencies.
  • Strong eye for brand tone, social content, and storytelling.
  • Bonus: experience with collaborations, licensing, pop‑ups, or small events.
