Operations & Product Manager – Join the Noodoll Team! We are on the lookout for an Operations & Product Manager with a business background, ideally suited for a proactive and adaptable individual with 3–5 years of experience in the gift or toy wholesale/retail industry. In this role, you’ll oversee Noodoll’s day-to-day operations, lead our team, manage production, and streamline internal processes to help the brand grow efficiently and effectively. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to bring more "friends for life" to our customers worldwide. Supply Chain Management : Liaise with factories and production lines to maintain quality and timely delivery. Sales Data & Forecasting : Analyze sales data, forecast trends, and monitor customer feedback to optimize performance. Oversee logistics to streamline shipping and distribution. Brand Affinity : Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a requirement. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the product production cycle and key industry calendars for effective planning. Location : This role is based in London, with occasional travel to trade fairs and visits to suppliers and sales partners.
