Noodle Talent Partners is exclusively supporting an exciting organisation in recruiting a Senior Product Manager to actively shape new product direction for UK and international markets. Collaborate with international teams to provide market insight and act as the key UK connection, ensuring localisation and fit with UK/EU markets; help turn great ideas into winning products and standout launches. Ensure the product range is relevant to operating markets and built for long-term success to deliver commercial growth.
Develop and maintain multi‑year category roadmaps, translating global strategy and local market needs into actionable range and margin plans. Drive insight‑led decision making through analysis of sales performance, market data, trends, and competitor activity. Serve as the product and category expert for Sales, Marketing, Amazon and Supply Chain, supporting line reviews, launches, storytelling and issue resolution. Collaborate cross‑functionally on forecasting, demand planning, OEM schedules, partnerships and licensed programmes to optimise availability and profitability.
Qualifications
- Existing leadership/people‑management experience; approachable, supportive nature with ability to give clear direction and build a high‑performing team.
- Experience and success in Category Management, Product Management or Product Development within FMCG, managing end‑to‑end product lifecycle.
- Ability to use data‑driven insights to shape global priorities and develop market‑relevant product opportunities.
- Strong commercial awareness and decision‑making skills.
- High attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to interpret market data; experience with PowerBI desirable.
- Excellent cross‑functional communication, team working and international collaboration.
- Ability to identify performance improvement areas and provide constructive feedback.
- Senior management reporting and presentation skills; working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Highly organised with strong forward planning and prioritisation skills.
- Problem‑solving ability and capacity to manage product issues promptly.
