Key Responsibilities For The Role Include

  • To lead and manage the tutor team for a KS3 or KS4 year group, ensuring consistent and effective pastoral support
  • To lead and manage the PSHE curriculum for your year group
  • Teaching key stages 3-5 in your subject area
  • Participating in extra‑curricular activities within your department

  • Have awareness and understanding of pastoral care
  • Be able to articulate the wider importance of pastoral care in developing young people
