We are looking for an ambitious person to join a fast-growing team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant within the logistics sector in our Luton office. Fully paid training will be provided, so no previous experience is required. We are looking for individuals eager to develop and build a career in the recruitment sector, as such, you will have all the training and support that is needed, to enable you to grow and build a promising career. You will learn how to develop and manage a competitive recruitment portfolio, building strong and long lasting client and candidate relationships whilst growing within your specialist market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing new business and growing client accounts
  • Building relationships with transport managers and key decision-makers
  • Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
  • Negotiating terms and managing the recruitment process
  • Driving revenue growth across your desk

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM
  • Weekend work will be required (on rotation)
