Non Stop’s client, based in the South East, is looking for someone to join their independent fostering agency as a Team Manager on a permanent basis. With this agency, they offer a lot of training and development opportunities. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of experienced supervising social workers
  • Work with the head of fostering in order to continuously grow and improve the service
  • Work with stakeholders in order to help develop the service and make sure continuous support is provided to foster carers and children

Requirements:

  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
  • Driving License
  • Experience in the fostering sector, preferably someone who has led a team of supervising social workers
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
