Non Stop’s client, based in the South East, is looking for someone to join their independent fostering agency as a Team Manager on a permanent basis. Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of experienced supervising social workers
- Work with the head of fostering in order to continuously grow and improve the service
- Work with stakeholders in order to help develop the service and make sure continuous support is provided to foster carers and children
Requirements:
- Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
- Driving License
- Experience in the fostering sector, preferably someone who has led a team of supervising social workers
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
