The company has a broad and growing portfolio spanning both conventional agrochemicals and biorational products, with a strong focus on integrated pest management solutions across fruit, arable, and broader crop segments.
The Role
This is a senior in-country regulatory position. You will be the primary regulatory point of contact for the UK market, responsible for managing and progressing product registrations, maintaining existing authorisations, and ensuring full compliance with UK regulatory requirements post-Brexit. You will work closely with local Development and Commercial teams, acting as the bridge between the business and the relevant regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of UK country-level product registration activity across the portfolio
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with UK regulatory authorities (HSE/CRD and associated bodies)
- Collaborate with internal Development and Commercial teams to align regulatory strategy with business objectives
- Monitor the UK regulatory environment and advise internally on legislative changes, timelines, and risk
- Support cross-functional projects including new product introductions, label changes, and portfolio optimisation
- Represent the company in regulatory discussions and submissions at the national level
What We're Looking For
- 5β10 years of experience in a Country Registration Manager or equivalent regulatory function within the agrochemical or crop protection sector
- Solid, established relationships with UK regulatory authorities
- Strong technical understanding of both conventional and biorational product registration pathways
- Familiarity with UK post-Brexit regulatory frameworks; broader EU registration experience is a plus
- Commercially aware with the ability to communicate regulatory complexity clearly to non-regulatory stakeholders
- Self-sufficient, organised, and comfortable working in a matrix environment
Why This Role
You'll be joining a business with genuine scale, a diverse and evolving product portfolio, and the stability of an established organisation going through an exciting period of growth.
