This is a fully home based role, offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule. Benefits: not for profit Independent Fostering Agency (charity) therapeutic fostering agency fully home based low caseload: 10 - 12 foster families no form fs Interviews available quickly so you can secure a new role as soon as possible Key Responsibilities: The Supervising Social Worker will work from home and will provide support and supervision to 10 - 12 foster families located in South Wales. The role doesn't include form fs, as they are completed by independent social workers. This would allow you to focus on your caseload and to also have a good work - life balance.
