NonStop Consulting is looking for a Fostering Team Manager who can join a well-established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the Yorkshire area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Fostering Team Manager will work closely with the Registered Fostering Manager and will oversee a small team of experienced Supervising Social Workers.
  • The team has 3 Supervising Social Workers and an Admin Support Worker.
  • They are a small fostering agency, however they are part of a larger charity.
  • At the moment, the IFA has 16 fostering households, however they are looking to grow slowly. This means you will have the opportunity to progress your career with them.
