Your Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant on our Italian team, you will specialize in connecting employers (clients) with job seekers (candidates) in Italy. Your responsibilities will include: Cold Calling & Business Development – Proactively reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and generate job opportunities. A significant portion of your day will involve phone-based sales. Market Specialization – Become an expert in the Italian job market, building a network of candidates and clients within a specific industry. Full Recruitment Process Management – From sourcing candidates and guiding them through interviews to handling client negotiations and finalizing job placements.
