About the role:

As a Therapist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team supporting children and young people within integrated therapeutic, educational and residential settings. You will provide assessments, therapeutic interventions and personalised care plans while helping to create therapeutic living and learning environments that promote positive outcomes and emotional resilience. This is a rewarding opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about supporting young people and want to work within a highly clinically focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out therapeutic assessments and formulate intervention plans
  • Provide individual therapeutic interventions and emotional support
  • Support children and young people with SEMH, ASD and developmental trauma needs
  • Work collaboratively with education and residential care teams
  • Contribute to therapeutic living and learning environments
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships with young people
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and clinical discussions
