This is a National Fostering organisation that is well-established and can offer great career development and benefits. They have been rated Good Ofsted and they are a child-focused, independent agency that have children at the heart of everything they do.
You will be working across Exeter, hybrid working policy. You will driving to foster carers when needed across South West. You must be a driver and have access to a car to be eligible for this role. The role is autonomous and you can organise your own schedule.
Responsibilities of the Supervising social worker:
Offering monthly support and supervision to foster carers
Updating assessments of current carers
Being part of the OOH call system – this will be paid additionallyRequirements:
Must be a driver and have access to own car
Must have recent experience working as a fostering social worker, either within local authority or IFA
