Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + car allowance
NonStop Consulting is working with a small independent fostering agency who are looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- You will oversee two offices, one in the Northwest and one in the West Midlands.
- The role is hybrid working with travel between offices every other week.
- The agency has around 40 fostering households and 11 staff members across both offices.
- You will be registered with Ofsted and ensure therapeutic and safeguarding practices for the agency.
