Salary up to Β£49,905 + Β£5,100 car allowance
NonStop Consulting is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the country in order to find a Fostering Team Manager who can join them on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid with 2 - 3 days per week in the office in Salisbury and the rest from home. This will allow you to have a good work-life balance, while also being part of a very stable and motivated team.
Responsibilities:
- The Fostering Team Manager will work closely with the Service Manager and will manage a small and stable team of Supervising Social Workers.
- You will be responsible for the ongoing growth of the service and you will drive the foster carer recruitment and retention initiatives.
