Requirements: ✔ Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England ✔ Experience in Adult Social Care or a multi-disciplinary community setting ✔ Strong understanding of Adult Social Care legislation and its practical application NonStop are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our Assessment and Wellbeing Teams. The teams provide medium to long-term social work support, interventions, and safeguarding, using a preventative, enabling, and strength-based approach. About the Role As a Social Worker, you will: ✅ Complete Care Act assessments, Court of Protection, and Human Rights assessments ✅ Carry out joint NHS assessments and Carers assessments ✅ Promote community assets and build strong links with voluntary services ✅ Use a strength-based approach to support individuals and their families ✅ Deliver a culture of positive risk-taking and accountability For further information on the role, send your CV in a Microsoft Word format to Jessel on or give me a ring on (phone number removed) Ext: 7153
