NonStop Consulting is working with a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency in the London area, to help them find a Senior Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis. They are therapeutic and they have an Outstanding Ofsted rating. The role is home based, meaning you will not be based in an office. This will allow you to have a lot of flexibility with your schedule and a good work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Senior Supervising Social Worker will provide support and supervision to 10 foster families located around North London, Hertfordshire and Essex.
- This role doesn't include completing form f assessments, as they use independent form f assessors for that, so your role will be a bit less busy.
