NonStop's client, based in the South West, is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join their not for profit fostering agency as a Senior Supervising Social Worker on a fixed term basis. They are a non profit organisation that is dedicated to putting the well-being of foster families and social workers at the forefront of their practice. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee foster families and ensure the highest standards of care are being met
  • Provide support and advice for foster carers
  • Manage a case of around 10 foster carers throughout the South West area

Requirements:

  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
  • Driver
  • Care and drive to help support foster carers and families in order to give the best support possible
  • Experience working in the fostering sector - ideally at least 2 years
