An established and growing homecare provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and expand its domiciliary care service in Essex

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day management and development of the homecare service.

Carry out client consultations, care assessments, care planning and onboarding.

Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

Manage client feedback and complaints, driving continuous service improvement.

Develop strong relationships with local stakeholders and identify opportunities for business growth.

Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing care team.

Maintain full CQC compliance and ensure the service operates to the highest regulatory standards.

About You

Previous management experience within domiciliary or homecare services.

Strong knowledge of CQC standards, legislation and regulatory compliance.

Passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care.

A confident and inspiring leader who can motivate and support others.

Proactive, resilient and organised, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
