Registered Fostering Manager – Outstanding Ofsted salary up to £60,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance NonStop Care is looking for a Registered Fostering Manager who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the Kent area, on a permanent basis. The Independent Fostering Agency has an Outstanding Ofsted rating (achieved in 2024), so you will be joining a very good working environment. They are a not for profit, therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency and they have a very good reputation. Responsibilities: The Registered Fostering Manager will oversee a very stable team that includes a few Senior Practitioners and Supervising Social Workers, Independent Therapists, an Operations Manager and an Administration Manager. The service has about 53 fostering households with about 70 children in their care. In addition, staying put arrangements are in place for young people to remain with carers beyond their 18th birthday. The Registered Fostering Manager will work from their office in Kent, however there are opportunities for home working.
