NonStop Consulting is working with a small independent fostering agency in the Somerset area that is looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a small service of around 15 households and 4 staff members
- Oversee foster care recruitment and retention for the region
- Ensure the agency maintains their standard of care, including their Ofsted rating
- Work to maintain and improve the service
