Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver outsourced product stewardship and regulatory projects related to EU and UK REACH, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Provide scientific input into client projects, offering direct advice when required.
• Support clients with lead dossier and joint dossier submissions, compliance checks, and related REACH obligations.
• Act as Only Representative for complex supply chains.
• Draft and amend (e)-SDS for products and substances in line with European and UK requirements.
• Oversee projects involving study monitoring and risk assessment for regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with technical experts to deliver work to agreed quality, scope, budget, and deadlines.
• Use regulatory tools such as IUCLID, REACH-IT, and Chesar effectively.
• Contribute technical expertise to support business development and project quotations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments and ensure compliance with evolving requirements.

Key Requirements

• Scientific degree, preferably Chemistry or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years\’ proven experience with EU REACH (and comparable regulations), including dossier preparation and submissions.
• Expertise in (e)-SDS and CLP (classification and labelling) for substances and products.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory tools (IUCLID, REACH-IT, Chesar).
• Good understanding of human and environmental risk assessment under REACH.
• Experience acting as Only Representative.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and accurately.
