Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist Location: Chislehurst / Clinic-based We re recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent paediatric practice that is looking to create a position for the right Speech ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, while benefiting from regular supervision and support from an experienced Clinical Director. Based in a modern multidisciplinary clinic in Chislehurst, you ll work with children and young people aged 20 months to 18 years, supporting a wide variety of presentations including speech sound disorders, autism, ADHD, developmental language disorder, motor speech difficulties and more complex neurodevelopmental needs. This practice takes a parent-based, child-led and whole-family approach to therapy. Rather than following rigid programmes or delivering the same intervention to every child, you ll have the freedom to develop individualised therapy plans, think holistically, and work alongside families to achieve meaningful long-term outcomes.
