Operations Director - Residential Children's Services Salary: £70,000 rising to £80,000 + £3,000 bonus Location: Northamptonshire/Milton Keynes I'm currently working with a growing care provider looking for an experienced Operations Director to oversee their children's services and support the continued growth of the organisation. The Role Oversee the operational management of multiple children's services, including Family Assessment Centres and residential homes Lead and support Registered Managers across the services Responsibility for Ofsted, quality assurance, HR and wider operational decisions Drive the strategic growth of the children's side of the business Report directly to the Owner, with a high level of autonomy Hybrid working - around 1 day across the services and 2 days from home Benefits £70,000 starting salary, rising to £80,000 after 6-month probation £3,000 bonus for achieving a Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcome Opportunity to have real ownership over the service and its future growth Growing organisation with plans across children's residential, family assessment, supported accommodation and adult services ASAP interview and start Requirements Ideally previous experience at Operations Manager / Senior Manager level or above Experience overseeing multiple services, ideally Family Assessment Centres and/or children's residential Strong understanding of Ofsted, QA and operational management Qualified Social Worker is a plus They will interview right away so please don't delay your application!
