In this role, you will provide personalized support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, empowering them to enhance their wellbeing and independence. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify service eligibility and individual needs. Develop and implement support plans in collaboration with clients, families, and agencies. Provide direct support to promote self-sufficiency and empowerment. Coordinate care with healthcare professionals and community organizations. Maintain accurate case records and reports. Advocate for clients\’ rights and best interests within community and multidisciplinary settings. Stay updated on mental health legislation and best practices. What We\’re Looking For A Qualified Social Worker with a recognized degree (DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in mental health social work or related fields. Key Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathy and resilience in supporting individuals in distress. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of mental health legislation and best practices. Ability to manage a caseload and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
