Salary package: around £39,838 per annum + £4,184 London weighting per annum (if eligible) (this will increase to £43,958 per annum + London weighting after 18 months in the service)
NonStop Consulting has a role available for a Senior Supervising Social Worker who can join one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the UK. This is a fully home based role - meaning you will not have to travel to an office. This will allow you to have a lot of flexibility with your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- The Senior Supervising Social Worker will oversee a manageable caseload of 10 foster families.
- The role is just to provide support and supervision to the foster carers, so there are no form fs included in your workload - they use independent form f assessors for that, making your role less busy.
- The foster families are located around North London area, Hertfordshire and Essex. Travel to these areas to do the visits will be required.
